Hello, Coach!

You should get a traditional book deal.

Let me show you how.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Anna Fox!

I'm an Author Accelerator certified & licensed Nonfiction Book Coach and a member of the Author Accelerator Coach Development team.

My area of expertise is helping Coaches to write a great book so they can strategise their approach to getting an agent using Author Accelerator's proprietary training method.

My goal is to help you write a book that readers can't put down as well as reaching your business and life goals.

Introducing Confidence & Craft:

How Does It Work?

Confidence & Craft is a 4-part process that is custom designed to take you all the way to an agent or publisher's doorstep and fit into your lifestyle, so you can reach all your business and life goals.

Part 1: Think

You wouldn't build a house without laying a foundation, and you wouldn't drive somewhere without knowing the destination. It's exactly the same when it comes to successfully writing a book. By answering the 12 questions in the Blueprint, you finally discover what you didn't know you needed to ask! The Blueprint creates the complete roadmap and structure of your book, all the way from start to finish.

Part 2: Craft

When you think about getting a book deal, are you thinking you need to write the whole book first? Not if you want a publishing deal. Instead you need an excellent, stand-out book proposal and two sample chapters of your most awesome writing. This part shows you how.

Part 3: Position

Now you need an equally awesome Query Letter and a comprehensive Agent Strategy. Together, we develop both so you are fully equipped and ready to bring your book to the traditional publishing marketplace. Then you get out there and pitch!

Part 4: Draft

While you're waiting to hear back from agents and publishers, you continue drafting and revising your book. And as you go through the pitching process you get the support, accountability and motivation you need to keep going.

"When I took Anna's programme it provided the clarity I had been seeking for so long. Having a clear plan and structure for writing a non-fiction book is essential, but knowing that and knowing how to do it are two very different things.

If you are confused or stuck with how to get going, working with Anna is for you. I recommend her highly."

Kevin Nolan,

Retired CEO

"One of the challenges I faced was building up the confidence to embark on writing a book. I worried that what I had to say might not be of interest to people or that I would not be capable of delivering it in a format that would engage the reader.

One of the biggest outcomes from my work with Anna was the degree that my confidence in my writing has developed. Anna has so much knowledge and experience in helping new authors and her patience and support has been invaluable.

For anyone embarking on writing their first book I could not recommend Anna highly enough."

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what I need to do next?

This depends on where you are in the process. Book a free 1hr Strategy Call with Anna where she uses a proven process to establish exactly what you need to do next, so you can reach all your publishing goals.

Can you guarantee I'll get a book deal?

No. Nobody can do that in traditional publishing. To guarantee you'll be published you have to self publish or go to a hybrid publisher (where you pay them).

How long does it take?

It depends on where you are in the process. Each step is designed to move you through to the finish as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. Visit the Services page for approximate timelines.

Is my writing is good enough?

In nonfiction, you don't need a finished book when you submit to an agent: you only need two sample chapters. Of course, these need to be awesome! And that's the work we do together in Step 3 of the programme.

Which publishing option should I choose?

That depends on what your vision is for your book in the world. Whether you choose traditional publishing (where you get an agent and publisher who produces the book for you and pays you) self-publishing (you do all of it) or hybrid publishing (you pay a publisher to produce your book) depends on the outcome you desire. To dive into this, book a free Strategy Call so you can decide what to do next.

How do I know how much of my story to include?

The Blueprint will show you exactly how much and which parts to tell. Check out Step 1: The Blueprint if you're wondering about this or about any other structural aspect of your book.
